Motherboard not reading memory

12gb of memory, doesnt read memory in dual channel, it only reads when I dont put it in dual channel

motherboard-EVGA P55 LE 123-LF-E653-KR LGA1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard

slot 1 G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
slot 2 G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
slot 3 G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000
slot 4 its not reading the 2 gb

i have tried it in dual and it showed less memory

Most motherboards won't run mixed RAM in Dual channel.
Same goes for mixed sizes.

Flex mode dose, but I forget the brand. Rare that you can do it though.

That's why Dual channel RAM comes in matched sets.
