Most motherboards you take out the CMOS battery and leave it out for about 10 minutes. Put it back in and reboot. I'm not sure if that board has a jumper or a button for it. That's how I've always done it.
Theres 2 pins at the bottom of your board, literally get a screwdriver; disconnect all the power and push the pins with the screwdriver gently and that will reset it for you.
