How can I clear the CMOS on the Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 ?

The problem I am having is, When I boot computer it won't even boot into bios, I think it is getting stuck in a boot loop.

Most motherboards you take out the CMOS battery and leave it out for about 10 minutes. Put it back in and reboot. I'm not sure if that board has a jumper or a button for it. That's how I've always done it.

or by removing BIOS battery on main board for minute or so.if this a new build did the cpu fan spins when you power up the pc.

Theres 2 pins at the bottom of your board, literally get a screwdriver; disconnect all the power and push the pins with the screwdriver gently and that will reset it for you.
