my budget is around seven hundred and im looking to play / record games like skyrim and farcry 3 but as i have heard it may be kind of difficult . i would appreciate if someone could help me keep it close to 700. :)

If I was you, the things you want to do may be very difficult indeed. I would just get the 760 and the GIGABYTE G41MT-S2PT. And instead of the case, go with the Corsair SPEC-01 gaming tower. That gets your price down to $730.

Bang for your buck. If you need it cheaper you could swap the i5 for an i3, but I would recommend to save up and get the i5 since you will not need to upgrade that CPU for quite a while.
