Should take an I3 4360 into consideration. Far, far better performing than any amd cpu with iGPU. It also have an integrated GPU, which is stronger at decoding media (watching videos) and draws less power.
If is only for office use even a celeron will do the job well. The fx 4300 dosn't have built in video, but most motherboards that support it have it.
No, they don't. Not "most", more like "some". But the onboard graphics that most of the AM3+ motherboards have are really, really, REALLY, crappy. You would want to install at the very least, an R7 240 with that cpu. And this is all complete conjecture anyhow as the OP has not replied since first posting and we have no idea if he even has any intention of using a 4300 since it has no iGPU.
