Ticking Sound (Think Not HDD)

I am hearing a ticking sound around the GPU/PSU area. I just built this pc 3 weeks ago, it has been fine, now only when playing a game, i get this noise. As soon as i get out of this game, the noise is gone (GTA 4 PC). Weird..

A ticking sound is usually a fan.
The fan probably picks up speed in the game, and slows when you stop.

Sometimes it is just dust, but the fan itself can make that noise, from the bearings.

I thought that was probably it. But it only does it sometimes while in game. But thanks! I am just glad it is not the HDD, i can handle a little noise while playing... I have headphones on anyway :p
