I want to build a gaming PC and I want to know that i7 4930k support gtx 770 and tell me about the motherboard Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 will it support or any other motherboard and tell me about heatsink fan etc and recommend me some things for pc

That motherboard supports the gtx 770, but if its for gaming only, get a i5 4690k and a z97 motherboard, i7 cpus are a overkill for gaming.

Can you tell only about i7 because I am buying this rig at least for use of 5to6 years and I could increase ram

Depends on how much money you want to spend. Going with the extreme series for gaming makes no sense. The I7 4790k is currently the best cpu for games out.

I wouldnt buy the X79 + 4930k unless it has large discounts - Its been discontinued and replaced buy the X99 and 5820k/5930k.
