I have recently bought a new graphic card amd sapphire dual-x r9 270 and when i first ran my computer black boarders were coming on all four sides of the screen and i fixed that by changing the over-scan value to 0% but when run games like metal gear rising or ghost recon future soldier the borders still appear so please help in how to fix this problem.here are pc specs
