I'm setting up some POE camera and planning to use a Cisco 2950 POE switch to connect all the camera to then from the 2950 I'll have an uplink to an HP Procurve GB switch. Wouldn't this have a bottleneck on the uplink ifi have ten cameras passing data through that single 100baseT connection. Do you think I'll run into any problem?

It is going to depend on the rate the cameras send data which depends how hi a resolution they are and how compressed the data is. A compressed hi def feed can easily be 4m. Uncompresd 1080p can exceed a 100m with a single feed.

If you have issues just use 802.3ad and bond multiple ports. It should to a point spread the cameras over multiple links.

I thought I couldn't bond different port speed.

You can. It will bond at the lower port speed, so 100Mbit.
