I had a laptop which has a battery problem so i often used it without a battery and often shut it down improperly. And I don't know if this is where the problem started. After the bios, the windows won't start up, it always display a black screen and whenever I pressed any key it started to beep a sound simultaneously. What I do next is I reformatted my laptop and now It proceed to the windows. Right after I installed all the drivers it needed, whenever I open a program (i.e. internet explorer), it just shows a loading icon at the mouse pointer but never run any program, but i can access all the folders inside it. Maybe some of you know any solution on my problem.
