I want to be able to play skyrim with the dlc and mods, world of tanks, ESO, maybe some of the older call of duty games like modern warfare, and maybe more. I also need to be able to run microsoft word, powerpoint, and stuff like that. my budget is maxed out at $680 and i already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse but i need an OS.... I may need some help putting it together so if i message you don't be super surprised haha, thank you for all the help!!!

Check on this. Fits the budget tight with windows 8.1

Included aftermarket cooler since you can oc the cpu and will most likely want to eventually.
