Ok my PC is about 5 years old and so is the PSU... Recently I got some random reboots and gradually they turned into continuous reboots in a loop... So I took the side panel off and checked, it seemed the power isn't being supplied correctly and is dropping... Please watch the below video :

After the video the PC stayed on for about 2 mins and again started rebioting ... Also note that I am posting from my mobile.

My PC is a oldie with dual core, 2 x 1 GB sticks and a recently bought 500gb Toshiba sata HDD.

So is this the problem with the PSU or any other part ? Help me out, ty.

Either its the PSU or its the RAM or the motherboard it self its a old PC so its hard to pin point the problem so borrow a PSU from someone and check for the problem also remove the RAM and take an eraser to clean the golden part of it and then put it back.

The ram is cleaned just yesterday as I contacted a hardware tech... But it isn't fixed also is there a possibility that it could be hard drive too ?

I dont think its the HDD either its the PSU or the board is dying.

WeWell one more thing when the reboot is happening the mouse and keyboard are going off too.. So its the PSU right ? Or still there's a chance that it could be motherboard ?

its hard to tell like that so its better if you borrow a psu from someone for an hour and check your system with it if the problem goes away then its the PSu but if the problem persist then it may be the board.
