Actually Its not Upgrading its new build
Now I have

Cpu = Fx 6300
Gpu = Hd 7850
Ram = 8 gb
Hd = 500gb
psu = 500w
mb = ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard

to

cpu = Intel i5 4690K Processor
Mbb = ASRock H87 Pro4
psu = Corsair VS650 650 Watt

i'm indian so we cant talk about budget .

another question is

which is good Gpu ??
Gtx 980 Or Gtx 970

both graphics Card are not launch yet in india.
but i'm building a pc for them

With respect, it's a little difficult to tell what your question is when you haven't used any question marks. I realise English is not your first language, but perhaps better to be a little more respectful when people are trying to help you?

Perhaps you could clarify what your actual question is? From the gaps after the "=" signs in your original post, are you asking what RAM and HDD you should buy? If so, please list a budget and suggest some online stores you'll be shopping from.

is hd 7850 good for upcoming games at least for 1 year
