I've been looking at graphics cards. Is this one any good?

Why don't you build it yourself ? Its really not as hard as it seems.

depends on a lot of other circumstances
the gtx 750 and 750 ti are based on a maxwell architecture
which consume very little power
if you dont have a very good PSU
you might consider the two if you dont want to spend on a new PSU
and id suggest you go for the 750Ti
it performs better at a little price increment
