My windows 8.1 has been giving me the BSoD. I got a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and tried to fresh install that, but my SSD didn't show up in the "Where do you want to install windows?" Part. I have 2 other drives, and only 1 of my hard drives will show up. I don't want to install it on that hard drive because it will ( I think ) erase 600gb worth of games and movies.

I5 4690
Gigabyte g1 sniper b5
Ocz vector 128gb SSD
Western digital caviar blue 500gb
Seagate barracuda 2tb drive (games drive)

i recently faced with the same problem from a client's pc..here's what i did:
1) disconnect the 2 other drive and just leave the SSD.
2) use a Live cd (i used ubuntu's live cd) to delete all the partition on the ssd. the create a new one.
3) then i just try installing the win7 on the the ssd. (it worked.)

btw. make sure your bios it set on ACHI mode.
