I finished doing all the important updates. Now what's left is Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 - Intel HD Graphics 4600

Should I install that?

No need... as long as you've got drivers installed for your R9 280 and everything is working fine I would ignore it

Have you installed a graphics driver yet? Do you have a video card or are you using on-board video?

Also where is this driver coming from, a driver disc that came with your system?

Windows update has it as optional. I checked my drivers and it says I have Intel HD Graphics 4600 and AMD Radeon R9 200.

I have a Sapphire Dual-X R9 280 graphics card.
