Windows xp no wifi

I have reinstall windows 7 and install windows xp on computer before I reinstall windows 7 I have wifi on it but when I install windows xp is no wifi and I try to turn the wifi in the keyboard but is no the green screen in my computer and I open the device manager is show the network controller is ? How can I fix it need help now. thank !

At Internet explorer is say Internet explorer cannot display web page like no Internet and I have USB tethering Internet from my phone to computer but is didnot work too

Is SP3 on it? Did you give it a password and security as well?

some laptop has a independent switch of wifi，if your laptop have this,you can the switch was turn "off".

My phone is Samsung galaxy note ,at my laptop don't have the switch only on keyboard I try to turn is on but is not work for me
