Purports to be an internal repair software engineered by a team of Microsoft Gold Repair Technicians as a simple way to salvage older PC's for folks who aren't power user. It looks like a fish in that they give away the product for free & ONLY charge for an upgrade. It smells like a fish as the website owner claims it's a U.S. based company, but there are ties to Panama. It's VERY likely a fish because the website owner is using "WhoISGuard" to block the real identity of the owner & what country it is based in while they're placing LARGE ads on Facebook likely to lure in frugal folks that have funds they can be scammed out of!

I expect it's at least halfway to malware - if they're advertising it, you probably don't want it.

There should be a report button next to the ad - consider saying it's malware or a scam. Doubt they'll do anything, though.

It's best to error on the side of safety. I'd stay away from it. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck. ;)

I am a customer support rep at SpeedFixTool. Just to clarify, the software was developed by Microsoft Gold Certified developers, not by Microsoft it self, and we are not affiliated with Microsoft in any way.

Yes, website Whois is hidden due to privacy reasons, but this fact does not make product a scam. The product really works and does what it says. We have been receiving positive feedback from our customers. Don't hesitate and give it a try. Furthermore, you are covered by our money back guarantee - if you don't like it, you get your money back. Simple as that.

If you have any questions feel free to reach us at http://support.speedfixtool.com

What if I use it and it has a detrimental effect on my PC? Will you visit my house and fix it? Not sure a money back guarantee would be enough....

how people can be "innocent" is what is incredible here, they download a product for free and because someone says that it has a money back guarantee they think it is safe. the moment this thing will hit your computer you will have given away all personal stored data and information. WAKE UP people

Technically our program is unable to have decrimental effect as it deletes only the old files/ broken files or remainders of the prgrams uninstalled. It does not touch anything that is acive or is installed.

To BigStep

How can you claim we are a malicious program without having it tested? Your fears and doubts are reasonable but we are not that company. Let me repeat my self - the software is clean. It does not contain adware/ malware/ spyware/ viruses.

People have given their opinions on this, both for and against.

I don't believe further conversation on this will serve any real purpose, so closing this thread.
