Back again so need help with my setup i5-2500K and Gigabyte Board

Currently have the following :

i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz with Stock Cooler
GA-Z68X-UD3P Motherboard with F10 Bios
ZALMAN Z11 Case
Corsair GS 600 PSU
8GB Memory
2 x 1TB HDD's WD Blue and Green
1 x DVDRW
GTX 550 Ti Card

With the specs mentioned above I know its not a crazy setup but it does me so far...
What I want to know is can I overclock the CPU a bit more with the Stock cooler on it?
If so a how to please... noob
