NO signal Input , on multiple monitors

I just purchased said system from overclockers and received error of no signal input in monitor . They did a recall then sent it back with correct leads. It worked till Windows crashed and i had to reboot by holding in the power button . Then i got the same error of no signal input. The monitor im using works with this laptop. The tower thats broken has been tried with multiple monitors by me and no joy the specs are as follows

i have sent the pc back to overclockers as its brand new. The report they sent back, said that it was a motherboard fault and they have replaced it, so hopefully when i get it back it all works fine .
