So, I've heard that the stock leafblower coolers are better for SLI. I really have no clue.

Could someone take a quick look at the options I have and tell me what you think? These are the ones available in norway.

Also, do factory-overclocked cards OC better than stock cards, or will I be able to achieve the same result with all the versions?

This is your best option. Is the cheapest and from EVGA, which has great customer support. Yes, the reference design is better for SLI configurations and yes, you should be able to achieve the same result with all the versions as long as you do it right and your chip isn't absolutely terrible.

the only difference between a factory oc and a normal card is the factory OC is guaranteed to run at those speeds and if not you can rma the card for that. Now if you buy a normal card and it cant reach the OC card speeds you cant call the manufacture up and ask for an rma for that. They will tell you to piss up a tree since the card is working at the slower rated speed that it was sold as.

now can a stock card OC more then a factory card... hell yes, my factory 580 go from 772mhz to 1000mhz you just have to make sure you do it in a safe manor and watch your temps.

but it was also able to pick up the GTX 980 SC for the same price as the normal GTX 980 so I jumped all over the SC card.
