Hello, as you can probably see this is my first time posting to these forums, so please excuse me if I'm posting this in the wrong place. Anyways on to the questions, so from the tittle you also probably know this is my first time building a computer and I need to know a few things.

1) Is this computer decent for gaming, and can I upgrade it later down the road?

2) Where I currently live I will need to use Wi-Fi, so what is your recommendations for a Wi-Fi adapter or card?

3) Finally will I need a sound card or does the mother board already do that for me?

Anyways thanks for your time, and again if I need to move this let me know.

In response to question 1, I think in order to build an open-ended upgrade-able system, you'll need to put a better mobo. The next series of intel is supposed to run on z97 mobo. I do not think it will run on h 81. But this will run games well for quite some time.

Just a couple of things -

1) That case has no cable management. You need to keep your internals as tidy as possible to maximize airflow.

2) The motherboard has on-board audio, but that board's audio isn't very good.

3) You will need a Wi-fi adaptor. Here is your build, adjusted -

Thanks! Question, would you suggest a different case and should I get a sound card? Also will that Wi-Fi adapter have a strong enough signal to keep my ping down when playing games? Also thanks Jerry for your response.

Unless you're very serious about audio quality, get one. Otherwise, no.

Secondly, the case I recommend is a great case for the money.

Finally, the Wi-Fi adaptor selected uses the latest Wireless AC technology, for maximum range.

That price is misleading, as you have mail in rebates turned on.

Cool thanks for the responses! Final question, will I need a cooling fan or anyway of cooling down the computer so it doesn't
overheat, or will the built in fan on the case work? I plan on running multiple things at once (games, pandora, voice chat, at once) and maybe dual monitors.
