It depends. Some games are optimized more for Nvidia while some run better on AMD. Either or, you will get great performance depending on your card of course.... what card do you have?

No any game will take you GPU. E.g. Phantasy Star Online 2. When the game opens it says "Powered by Nvidia" that means the game is best played with a nvidia card, but I play just find with my Radeon card. So even if it says "Nvidia" it doesn't mean you can't play it. You still can play games do not worry.
