What specifically are you trying to do theres probably a better way of going about it.

And this will only work if you have a DVI input on the 2nd pc.

If you are asking whether you can connect two displays with one video card , one via DVI and one via HDMI, the answer is YES.

If you are asking anything else, please clarify.

It has a DVI input ? Not just a DVI port....but one specifically designed as input ?
Please list the card or board that has this.

I have 2 pc's. One with hdmi and dvi, and one only with dvi. My monitor doesn't got any dvi inputs. So i have to connect my pc without hdmi, to my pc WITH hdmi, and then to my monitor.

That won't work (daisy chaining PCs to a single display).

This will only work if that DVI port is also input. Which I'm willing to bet is NOT input.

Without a KVM or a second display, I don't see any option here.

What input ports does your display support (VGA, HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort)?

Obtain a DVI -> HDMI converter
or
Port the data over to the PC that does have the HDMI port.

You could use a DVI to HDMI adapter/converter and connect one PC at a time to your single display.

If you have access to a HDTV, you could use it as a second display as well.

Easy on the "f bombs" please.

What, specifically, are we needing to display that exists only on the PC with no HDMI output?

Bottom line, though...you can't get there from here.
Either a DVI - HDMI adapter
or
Move the data
or
Remote desktop into the DVI only PC (can't because potentially broken LAN adapter)
