Howdy folks of the forum!

I recently bought a MSI GTX 770 (An upgrade from the 650) last Wednesday unaware that the GTX 970/980 were around the corner. Should I return the card to scan, spend about£40 more and get the 970 or will the 770 be adequate. I play 1080p, mainly World of Warcraft and some upcoming games like Shadows of Mordor and Lords of the Fallen.

The order was from scan.co.uk. Anyone had to deal with their return policy like to share an opinion?

Solution
definitely go for the 970 if it comes at this price
the 970 beats the 770 by leaps and bounds
it beats the 780 in most benchmarks
and at times also comes close to the performance of the 780Ti
do it before the vendor is no more willing to make the exchange

I'm wondering whether there would be any issues trying to return the card is practically brand new. I'm using it currently ofc but I'm wondering despite I've had it nearly a week now whether or not Scan would try to refuse my request. The 770 was supposed to be long term but since Nvidia are cutting them loose I'm wondering whether I should jump ship now while I may still have a chance

well some sellers sell their products with a limited time return offers
if youve bought your card from such a retailer
he cannot refuse your exchange
however if its not the case he will be quite unwilling to do it
