I've recently upgraded my graphics card.
I have seen a lot of posts about this problem and everyone is saying that is the overheating problem. But its not. My temps are on 30C idle, and 55-60C on max load.

When my computer freezes, its unresponsive to mouse or keyboard, and audio is repetitive, sounds kind of like bees buzzing or drilling, so i have to button reset.

It happened so far in Goat Simulator, Hitman Absolution, Bulletstorm, Alice Madness Returns, and it freezes fastest in Crysis 3 - time before freezing varies, it can happen in 5 mins or 2hrs, sometimes even doesn't but in 95% cases it does, which is really annoying.
It doesn't happen in Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 1 & 2, DmC Devil May Cry, and (surprisingly) in Battlefield 3 and Tomb Raider, even when I max the graphics out.
I don't own any other games so I could only check for this.
I've monitored it in Crysis 3 via MSI Afterburner and there was time when my gpu load was at 100% for few minutes and it was fine, and later it dropped to around 30% and it was still fine, and when it froze it was at 66%(if that info means something).

Here are my specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/borko3fkovix/saved/MzfxFT

Did you do a fresh install of your drivers after upgrading to the new card? Either way, you might want to re-install the drivers again, or try the latest beta drivers or 1-2 releases old drivers.

Check your AC power line voltage. Also make power mode in high performance. Then go to its advanced settings then PCI link state power management and turn it off.Apply.Ok. It might fix that.(Your cpu can also be a bottleneck)

Sorry but i have no idea what you just told me :S
CPU is definitely bottlenecking my GPU but it also did on my previous GPU and it was doing all fine..
