Will a i3 4130 bottleneck a gtx 970
I will overclock with a hyper evo 12
I know there will be a bottleneck but would it be a huge bottleneck?
You can suggest a CPU up to 150 dollars from amazon
Thank you

Its going to bottle neck but you should still get decent frame rate and there really isnt a good 1155 chip you can buy for 150 unless you get a i5 3rd gen or a used i5 4th gen off someone you need around a 220$ for a upgrade. thats just my 2 cents

Yah youll get good frame rates unless you can find a decent deal on ebay for a 3rd gen i7 cause you already have a mobo might as well either save the money or get a deal on ebay. But youll be fine till you can save a little bit also look on craigslost for some deals

3rd gen i7-3770 is a socket LGA 1155 CPU and is not compatible on his motherboard, which is socket LGA 1150. He'll need a 4th-gen CPU, such as an i5-4670 or i7-4770.

an i3 is on par or better than an 8320 for most gaming situations. so yeah, an i3 with a 970 would be better overall. I think you would still be better off with any kind of low end i5 and just use the stock cooler or something to counter the extra cost. As stated you cant OC an i3.
