computer reboots when cold start

As the title says, my pc has some booting problems when powering up the rig after toggeling the power off on the PSU.
Because my computer has quite a lot of bright lamps, both motherboard and GPU, i usualy switch the power off on my PSU ower-night to not get disturbed when sleeping by the light it generates. But when i try to turn on my system, it powers up about half-way through and then the power goes off, and nothing happens for about 5-10 seconds. Then the system powers itself up again and boots normaly as it should.
This has been worrying me for some time nbow, but i havent paid much attention to it.
But recently my system has been shutting itself down, without any noticible reason. When i boot up again after it shuts down it just says that windows wasent shut sown properly, but thats it. So i´m wondering if it may be some kind of PSU-problem, my specs are;
asus gtx 780
intel i7 4790
asus rog maximus vii
one ssd and two older hard drives, and two sticks of 8 gig ram.
i have totaly 8 fans, 9 with the CPU cooler (stock), and most of them has built-in LED-s
My PSU is a corsair rm750, and im wondering is this is enough for the system or if i should upgrade to a higher-cappasity
And if this is enough, will it also have power enough to power a water-cooler (thinking of the h100i)
thanks in regard
