[HELP] How to use my integrated video card instead of Raedon ATI

I wanted to remove my graphic card to use back my old integrated card, what happenned is this screen after boot:

PLEASE HELP what i should do

you need to make sure the motherboard has a vga, dvi, or hdmi video output on it. Once you pull the ATI card out the bios will switch over the the integrated video and you just plug the monitor into the motherboard video output source.

My computer HAS a vga port that seems to be connected directly on the motherboard, which, i presume, is the integrated video card, BUT after opening the computer, it askes for (start windows normally) or (start windows repair) both make same thing = black screen with weird characters on it....?!
