I wasn't fully awake and got on the BIOS of the new old PC I just got running the day before (got it at a yard sale with no GPU or HDD). I was looking for fans, IIRC, an stumbled upon the mhz and voltage section. I raised a lto fo crap up and after saving it froze up so I unplugged. The problem then started. I figured I blew out my CPU, so I ordered another one (Athlon X2). Got it today, and nothing happened. The CPU does get hot after a few seconds without a fan, so I know it works, The heatsink on my GPU seems like it warms. The GPU and RAM all work in another PC. I'm afrid maybe I didn't clear my CMOS/BIOS. I couldn't find a jumper, so I unplugged the power cable and turned off the PSU and removed the battery fro five minutes. Just did that again, and there's no difference. Unfortunately, I did not write down the mobo model when i had access to the BIOS, so I have no idea what it is. This is getting quite frustrating...

And this is why you dont mess with PCs until you're awake and learned, kids.

Solution
You're going to need to do a CMOS clear so your BIOS settings (overclocks included) wont save. Unplug the CMOS battery for about a good 5 minutes. That should clear your BIOS settings.

EDIT: Ignore this. Noticed you already jumpered the CMOS
