i have asrock b75m
i updated windows 8.1 and after working 1 day....next day i try to update my bios but my bios menu is not coming

I dont know the solution to your problem but I will give you this advice: If it aint broken, dont fix it. Unless you really get something out of a BIOS update, no point in trying to repair what works.

ether the bios did not load right was bad or the wrong one. unless you can get another bios and try and flash it again somehow you might be S.O.L. I would call up asrock and see what they say and how to fix it.
