The absence of display is commonly the result of:

1. Short ciruit - Take mobo out of case, put on mobo box. Reinstall only one RAM module; the GPU, the CPU, and the PSU. Use a metal object to jump the two PWR_SW pins on your mobo. If still no display, move the RAM module into the next slot over. Continue until you've either gotten a display, or used all available RAM modules in every slot.

2. PSU failure - Unfortunately, the best way to test a PSU is with a multimeter, but while you've got the parts out, make sure the CPU plug is connected.

3. CPU - double check the CPU for any bent pins. Also ensure there is no thermal paste on the pins or in the socket.

4. GPU - A fairly common mistake is forgetting to connect the power cables to the GPU. Ensure your PSU can handle the GPU's load, and also check to see that the PSU is using the correct GPU power cables. Note: if you're using the GPU power adapter, you should consider getting a better PSU, as direct fit is the best practice.

Gave these all a try and nothing worked im starting to think its an issue with the mother board because there is power going from graphics card to the monitor but no signal also when i open the disk drive it closes as soon as it fully opens

You may be on to something. I strongly recommend you disconnect all non-essential items.

All that you need to properly boot is:

1. CPU
2. GPU/chipset
3. PSU
4. RAM

If you can get a display with just this setup, you'll see an error message telling you that the boot drive couldn't be found, or something to that effect. At this point, start connecting devices one by one, turning off power before each connection, of course.
This should weed out the shorting device.
