Overclocking amd fx-4100 for a newbie

I would like to oveclock my cpu to 4.2 or 4.3ghz can a tell me the software to increase the voltages to be supplied and the voltage dupplied for it to be stable

To really be able to give you much help, we'll need to know your system specifications.

Since not all BIOSes are the same, you'll have to extrapolate, if you don't have an ASUS-based motherboard.

I used to have an FX-4170, which was just a factory overclocked (4.2ghz) FX-4100. I could get to 5.0 ghz with it, but 4.6 was all I could realistically manage for a 24/7 overclock.
