Looking for a decent build that can handle HD video editing & rendering with some gaming titles such as COD: Blacks OP2 etc? Priority will be on Video editing... Any reviewed/tried suggestions.....??

Will these GPU's be able to max out COD: BOPS2? And what about Efficiency on programs like Adobe premiere pro, After effects and Sony Vegas?

Bro $150-200 is not enough to max out COD:BOPS2, you would need at least $250ish for the cpu and around $300 for the gpu unless you go with an amd cpu which has 8 cores and is better than intel for programs like adobe premier pro, after effects and sony vegas. Apart from that, an intel i5 would perform better at gaming but the amd will definitely perform better at handing adobe products. For your budget, the max you could really do is an AMD fx 6300 and Asus 2gb R9 260X or, for intel, an intel pentium G3258 and a EVGA superclocked 2gb gtx 750ti. The two choices really depend on your motherboard.

G3420 and R9 270/GTX 650 Ti Boost is the best you can get for that budget.

Not correct.
G3420,R7 260X and 4GB of RAM is more than enough to run BO2 at full ultra settings.

R7's don't have CUDA tho which is a significant disadvantage in video editing, especially on an already compromised system .... and 4 GB ?. You'll need to have some time on ya hands.

Video editing loves cores, loves Ghz, loves more RAM, loves faster RAM, and loved CUDA. Each one ya take away means a bit more thumb twiddling.

I think I'll have to save up a bit and push the budget for an i-5 4690k and a GTX 760 or 770. I know the GPU would be fine. But i m a bit worried about the number of cores on the intel as compared to AMD. Any thoughts??

For editing:
CPU: Either FX-8xxx or Intel Core i7(i7s have 4 cores, but thanks to hyperthreading,Windows reads it as an 8-core CPU)
GPU: nVidia cards,as suggested by @JackNaylorPE
RAM: 16GB of 2133 MHz RAM is the best option, but more than 16GB is better, ofc. :)
