Hey, i know requirements are not out for this game, but can you give me a prediction? My setup is:

Mobo: ASROCK 990FX EXTREME3
CPU: AMD FX X8 8350, 4000MHz
RAM: HyperX FURY Blue 4GB, DDR3, 1600MHz
Graphics: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 SC, 2GB
550w PSU.

I am going to play @ 1600x900 resolution [900p] Can i get to medium or high settings without dropping below 30fps?

With only 4GB of RAM it's very likely you'll have several drops below 30fps every time the game uses the virtual memory, try to get 8GB of RAM for it, if you already played Black Flag you'll see a nice improvement on it with that extra ram.

Sorry, i meant to write "2 sticks" but i forgot. I'll buy 2 sticks of 4GB ram. that would make it 8. They are not dual channel, they are simple.

even if they don't match in brand or not sold as "dual channel" package the moment you put 2 sticks of RAM in the appropriate slots they operate in dual channel mode.

Oh. Anyway, since i don't have any problem with ram either, i should be able to run Unity at low/medium settings with 900p, right? I hear that ubisoft has a problem with FPS, and on other new games i could run on better settings. New games like Battlefield 4[or hardline], COD advanced warfare, Far Cry 4,this kind of games

hmm COD medium maybe, Battlefield 4 low I'd say, your video card being the culprit of it.
