Hi. I can't decide between 2 builds:

I want to have good upgrade possibilities, I want then to upgrade to a better cpu (since that more expensive intel build). I don't know about sli/crossfire, I think it's more worth it selling my current graphics card then and buying a more powerful single one.
Do you have suggestions in the same price range for each build and what is, in yout opinion, the best build to go? I don't want to spend more money than the base total on each build, because I have to buy a case (hard to get here in Portugal) and a monitor. I already have the power supply and the cpu cooler (the ones i put on both builds).
