problem during formatting

Hello,
during format of my computer anyone has plugged out usb device through which that system is formatting.
now,on restarting the system is showing an error with error code:0xc0000001

but the system is not loading the drive on which i will format on booting
eg: i have to format c drive on rebooting by f12, i am not getting the drive if by chance i am getting the drive then it is not operating properly............
