So the Question is easy but i am still uncertain about this.

It's either get a newer and Better Mainboard or completely switch to Intel.

Right now i am Using a combination of an AMD FX 8320 with an pretty old MSI 970a-G45, i thought about buying a ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX KILLER, it is cheap and i heared nto to many bad things about it, the AsRock board would cost me around 120 Than i would still have some money left to get maybe a second Gainward GTX 680 Phantom 2GB for 150-200 if i am lucky.

The other alternative would be a New Mainboard including a I7, here i thought about a Z87 Mainboard with an i7 4770K but that completely would at around 400-500 Depending on the mainboard. And on top i would have to buy a new Cooler as well.

My CPU Cooler right now is a Scythe Rasetsu which delivers pretty good Temperatures, but i lost the intel stuff for it.

So in the end the Question is, should i stay on the FX 8320 and get the new Mainboard or completely switch to an i7 4770k, i am quiet limited with my budget, i could manage to buy both variants tho.

Solution
No reason to switch to anything on the planet for gaming purposes from a 8320. Better board might let u oc it a bit more but honestly I'd change nothing in the CPU/board setup and just wait for something big to change wait for whatever comes after has well refresh, then consider a switch

I feel like the Performance went down quiet a lot, even thought i refreshed the driver and cleaned the cooler, and cleaned the whole PC inside and system side the system still feels slow thought maybe the outdated mainboard might be a cause. I originally wanted to switch to the i7 for energy saving purpose, and people always told me the i7 4770k is far faster than the FX 8320. I once read here that the 4770k is just a few % faster than the 8320.

that basically is my thought why i would get a new one or switch.

Have you done a clean install of windows? It seems more likely for that to be the problem then the motherboard. You probably will have to do it anyways changing that many components, so you might as well try it before buying new components.
