You need some changes first of all the motherboard is not at all good for the processor so get a 990 fx chipset board if you want to OC the processor.
Dont get the gtx 770 its not worth the price now when the gtx 970 has been released at almost same price and is much faster than even gtx 780 and r9 290 and consumes much less power 145 watt TDP compared to 250 watt TDP http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx970gaming4g
Change the PSU to this http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9.
