Hello everyone!

I changed my components to a new case today, with a new CPU Cooler and a new GPU, when I installed the drivers for the new GPU etc then restarted the PC. When I'm using the computer in normal usage it's a bit slow, don't know if I'm paranoid with it, or If is just normal. It takes like 2 secs or 3 sometimes to open the google chrome.

My Specs:

CPU - I5 4430S 2.7Ghz
RAM - 10GB
GPU - R9 280
PSU - XFX 750w

I want to know if chaging the CPU cooler and the GPU affects somehow in the normal usage in the computer?

Thank you

open up task manager and go to the performance tab, take a look at your CPU usage when you open chrome. I know sometimes when I open chrome CPU usage shoots up for a brief second. You can also download CPUz to verify that your CPU core clock is running at the correct speed.
