overclocking the fx8350 with a corsair h60i and is it better to go with a new cooler lie 212 evo ?

what is the best cpu cooler I can use with a amd fx8350 and maybe overclock to 4.5ghz ?

for 4.5 oc the hyper 212 is fine but if you want more than that then either go for noctua d15 or corsair h100i.

If you already have the h60i then no need to change it you can easily OC the cpu to 4.5 with that.

The h60i should get you there, though I will say that I went from the h80i back to my old hyper t4. Air cooling has much more stable temps and is very effective (kinda ugly in the case though).

what if I buy a coolermaster 212 evo will that get me to 4.5ghz or higher ?

If you hve the h60i then stick with it. If you dont the evo 212 is probably the better choice. The 212 evo is aprx same as h80 in cooling performance.

IF you have the H60 try it and see, can always upgrade the cooler down the road to the 212 EVO, for AIO water coolers, will need to go to a H100 to top an EVO
