dell 530s will not start up

I have a dell 530s that will not power up. A light in the rear blinks, but nothing else happens. It worked perfectly, but after firing it up the next morning--nothing--
I searched the web, but was unable to find anything of substance to get it on to troubleshoot . ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Things you can try:
Another power cord
Plug it into a different outlet
Test the power supply to make sure it is working
Disconnect the cord from the outlet and the back of the computer, press and hold the power button for a few seconds, reconnect the power cord to the power supply and then the outlet and power up the PC.
You may have to replace the power supply.
