1st true PC Build POST problem

I have a rig I am trying to finish but it will not POST I have even tried the trouble shooting off this site.

The specs are:

CPU - Athlon X4 750K
GPU - Sapphire R9 270x 4GB
MOBO - MSI A78M-E35
PSU - Corsair CX500
RAM - 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance
Hard Drive - Western Digital 500GB
Case- NZXT Source 210 Elite

I would love the help please and thankyou

Nope found out MOBO didn't post took it to our Computer specialist and he couldn't get it however all worked so mother board just didn't come in proper working order then Thank you for the help.
