Hello everyone I will be building a PC very soon and I came up with these parts:

1) Phanteks Enthoo Pro - case
2) MSI Z97 Gaming 5 - motherboard
3) Intel core i5 4670k - cpu
4) MSI GTX 970 - graphics card
5) G.skill Ripjaws 8gb - ram
6) XFX 750w xxx edition modular - psu
7) HDD blue 1TB - hdd
8) Lite On Ihas 124-04 - optical drive
9) Windows 8.1 - os

I'm tight on a budget and I think there is no point getting an SSD.

What do you guys think about the build? Any changes/improvements you would make?

Thanks :) :) :)

I think you can get the ASUS Maximus VII Ranger for the same price as the MSI Gaming 5 (in AU there s $1 between them)- and the ASUS one is better and newer according to reviews:

This has been discussed here before http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2327610/asus-z97-maximus-vii-ranger-msi-z97-gaming-4690k-4ghz.html
