I know this may be a lot to ask but I would like if someone if could build me the best gaming pc under $600 usd because I don't know much about pc and if you could also do it on pcpartpicker.com that would be amazing. I prefer intel over amd and I don't care whether it's amd or nividia for the graphics. Thank you in advance.

Save some more money or just get a console. A sub $600 gaming PC will just not last

Yeah. A GPU that won't max modern games will be how relevant in a few years? If OP saved a little more he could get something infinitely better

It is still a solid midrange system, and far better than a crappy console. Not everyone needs to max every setting. Especially when many offer very little improvement to visual quality, for the sacrifice of performance.

The 770 itself is about half of the entire budget.

The pentium would bottleneck a 770. I see you also increased your budget to $700, unless part prices changed drastically overnight.
