building a new system to replace my old

Hi, I wanted to know if all of these parts will work well together there is a reason why I chose the parts that I did they all have a good use for what I do. My current system is an older lga 1366 systems, with 3 gtx 480's one of them just died, and I just got a raise and a bonus so now I'm looking to buy all new stuff that will last me for about 5 years.
