Hi, I wanted to know if all of these parts will work well together there is a reason why I chose the parts that I did they all have a good use for what I do. My current system is an older lga 1366 systems, with 3 gtx 480's one of them just died, and I just got a raise and a bonus so now I'm looking to buy all new stuff that will last me for about 5 years. I'm not going to explain what it is that I used it for but since I know a lot of people just think everyone on here is just building a computer for gaming let me answer that for you, No. here is what I was planning on building

You are overpaying for your board, ram, and storage.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-5930K 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($564.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Swiftech H220-X 55.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($149.99 @ NCIX US)

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($449.99 @ Newegg)...
its hard to give advice without knowing what it will be used for so anyways are you going to go 3 way sli later on ? if not there is no reason to get the 5930k get the entry model and save $300 also that revo drive makes no sense at $500 get samsung m2 slot ssd it will be just as fast and way cheaper in this list i listed 120Gb one but i am sure they have 256GB version i saw it before not sure where it disappeared. ALso why 3 1Tb drives ? you can get 2 3TB drives and raid 1 them for $200.

i doubt whatever that is you're doing will require a gigabyte gaming board or the need for wd black series hdds. But if you say that is what you need, then yeah they'll work together.
Btw, that 5960x is a 8 core and that xeon is a 10core , 20 thread cpu in case you have not notice, but it runs at a lower 2.3ghz.
