Will the corsair H60 be good for the AMD 8350 if i dont plan on overclocking?

I just want a cooler that keeps the CPU cooler than stock.

Get the 212 EVO. Anything below the H80i is a waste of money, even then there is much better for cheaper.
The 212 EVO will be much better than stock, and you can OC if you ever desire.
