I7-4790K CPU
MSI H97M-E35
Corsair 600W CX series PSU
8 GB RAM
MSI Radeon 270x Twin Frozr Gaming GPU

I built this system in July and after a few weeks of everything being just fine, I started having graphical glitches. The two primary ones are very large yellow flashing polygonial shapes in video games, and random squares full of clusters of smaller blinking squares.

I checked a temp monitor and the GPU runs between 34C and 61C depending on load.

I used the DDU utility to fully remove my drivers and reinstall. This briefly seemed to help but about a week later the yellow shapes returned. The flashing boxes have persisted.

Is my only course of action to RMA the card and hope for the best, or are there more steps I can take to make absolutely certain I don't have any other issues?

I ran the UV benchmark app. I did a few runs with stressful settings and had absolutely no graphical errors, glitches, boxes or otherwise.

I seem to primarily get the problem in my task bar area and in Final Fantasy 14. The task bar can appear whenever, even right after I load up the machine after getting home from work or what not. I've also gotten the weird boxes to appear when using Firefox fairly frequently.

The part that confuses me is the random boxes when I haven't even used any programs or games yet. A single game, maybe driver issues, whatever so on and so forth.
