Is this a motherboard you already own?

If not, why are you getting an older generation, and not Haswell with an i5-4690K and Z97?

If you do already own it then the i5-3570K makes the most sense. You'll see little benefit to the i7-3770K. Occasionally you see a game that is a few percentage higher but that's not typical and it's a big price difference.

Also, the CPU cooler is great but it's really overkill. I built my dad a system with the i5-4670K and the Noctua NH-U12S has been sufficient, or the NH-U14S but I see no point in the D15.
