No unless you add a good video card - GTX 970 (along with 600W PSU )
good computer does not mean it has to be used for games
yes it would be good but you need z97 motherboard to go with k series cpu or get non k cpu to go with the motherboard.
Your "Good" is very broad...what are you expecting to do? If watching youtube, movies, and just browsing the web...sure this build is good for that. But if you want to use any high performance applications, then you will definitely need an aftermarket graphics card.
The processor is a bit of overkill for surfing the web, watching youtube and powerpoint/word.....You can get some serious bang for your buck using an AMD 8320 with an inexpensive GPU or a Core I-5 using the intel graphics.....
Ok what about this I changed it all together how would this work and the aftermarket cooler Is for over clocking and is the psu ok?http://pcpartpicker.com/p/P7gWmG

dude if you're planning to do just that then all of the rigs people told you here are overkill and built the wrong way, if you want your pc to surf the net then this is the best you can choose: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mNjxTW
save the rest of the money

Be more merciful , put R7 240 at least
i had that gpu before building my gaming rig and it works just fine for everything except high quality gaming, it does run most of the games on low settings but he doesnt want to play so i try to make him save money
