My PSU passes paper clip but no power to motherboard

Hi guys, I had my Cyberpowerpc About a year ago and I just got a NZXT Phantom 410 mid tower case and I watched videos and everything. My PSU paper clip test passes but when I plug in the 24+6 pin into the motherboard and turn it on their is no fans no beeps no LED or anything please help I need my computer to make money

Follow this checklist in order.....it fixes 99% of the problems (it doesn't fix hardware problems - but if something isn't plugged in right - it fixes it.
